Refund policy

Can I return my order for a refund? 

Eterno Studios wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We offer free returns (excludes shipping) on all new/unworn items within 7 days of receiving your package. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping label (USPS First Class Package) and must include all packaging materials in the return. 

Please email eternodetails@gmail.com with your order number and we will provide additional instructions on how to process the return. 

Note: if the jewelry has signs of wear or your request is sent more than 7 business days after tracking was marked as delivered, we will not be able to refund your payment. 

 

Can I exchange my product if I order the incorrect size? 

Yes, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your package. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping label (USPS First Class Package) and must include all packaging materials in the exchange. Please email us at eternodetails@gmail.com and we will get back to you in within 24-48 hours with more information on how to process the exchange.
