Can I return my order for a refund? 

ETERNO STUDIOS wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We offer free returns (excludes shipping) on all new/unworn items within 7 business days of receiving your package. Please email eternodetails@gmail.com with your order number and we will provide additional instructions on how to process the return. 

Please note: if the jewelry has signs of wear or your request is sent more than 7 business days after tracking was marked as delivered, we will not be able to refund your payment. 

 

Can I exchange my product if I order the incorrect size? 

Yes, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your package. Buyer must pay return shipping to us (USPS First Class Package) and provide all packaging materials in the return. Email us at eternodetails@gmail.com and we will get back to you in under 24-48 hours with more information.

YES. We want ETERNO STUDIOS to be represented worldwide!
